Governance for approved wholesale voice Traffic and call practices.

Effective: September 10, 2026Last updated: September 10, 2026Version 4.0

Defined Terms

Wholesale Voice Traffic Policy — Defined Terms. In this document, the following language applies specifically to the rights, duties and limitations associated with defined terms; it should be read with the narrower service or policy context stated here and not as an expansion of another document. “ARCAMUSA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Arcamusa, Inc., operator of ARCAMUSA Wholesale. “Customer” means the business entity authorized to use the Wholesale Services. “Traffic” means calls, signaling, metadata and related activity submitted to or received from the Wholesale Services. “Caller ID” or “CLI” means calling-party identification information. “Downstream Customer” and “End User” mean persons or entities using services through Customer.

Defined terms apply consistently across the Legal & Trust Center unless a document expressly provides a narrower meaning.

Traffic Approval & Disclosure

Customer must disclose the business use case, origination, destination mix, expected volume, dialing method and material profile changes. Approval of an account does not approve undisclosed Traffic.

Consent & Calling Rules

Customer is responsible for TCPA, TSR, do-not-call, consent, state-law and other obligations applicable to its calling. Automated or prerecorded calling does not reduce that responsibility.

Traceability & Downstream Accountability

Customer must maintain accurate records sufficient to trace Traffic and identify relevant Downstream Customers. Traffic must not be deliberately altered or routed to conceal its source or frustrate lawful traceback.

Destination & Network Controls

ARCAMUSA may restrict destinations, Traffic types, sources or patterns because of law, sanctions, fraud, abuse, network protection or third-party acceptance. Customer must not circumvent those controls.

Emergency Calling

Traffic submitted through ordinary wholesale termination is not authorized as emergency Traffic unless emergency capability is separately contracted and technically enabled. Service scope remains subject to confirmation.

Investigation & Cooperation

Credible complaints or anomalies may trigger information requests, preservation, restriction, remediation, suspension, termination or lawful cooperation with traceback, regulators and law enforcement.

Contract Hierarchy & Related Documents

Wholesale Voice Traffic Policy — Contract Hierarchy & Related Documents. In this document, the following language applies specifically to the rights, duties and limitations associated with contract hierarchy & related documents; it should be read with the narrower service or policy context stated here and not as an expansion of another document. The Wholesale Terms provide the master online framework; Voice Product Terms govern the specific SIP voice service; Reseller Terms apply to downstream activity; and the Acceptable Use, Caller ID, Traffic Integrity and Robocall policies govern conduct. A signed MSA, Order Form or Rate Sheet controls only to the extent it expressly conflicts with these general online terms.
