VOICE, TRAFFIC & ACCEPTABLE USE

Responsible Communications

Principles for transparent, lawful and accountable wholesale communications.

Effective: September 10, 2026Last updated: September 10, 2026Version 4.0

Defined Terms

“ARCAMUSA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Arcamusa, Inc., operator of ARCAMUSA Wholesale. “Customer” means the business entity authorized to use the Wholesale Services. “Traffic” means calls, signaling, metadata and related activity submitted to or received from the Wholesale Services. “Caller ID” or “CLI” means calling-party identification information. “Downstream Customer” and “End User” mean persons or entities using services through Customer.

Principles

  • Lawful purpose and consent where required.
  • Accurate business, Traffic and caller-identity information.
  • Accountability for downstream parties.
  • Cooperation with legitimate investigations and remediation.

Customer Governance

Customer should maintain policies, training, authorization records and escalation paths appropriate to its calling activities and downstream relationships.

Transparency & Redress

Communications should not deceive recipients about identity or purpose. Complaints should be reviewed in context; high volume alone does not establish wrongdoing.

Consequences

ARCAMUSA may request records, require remediation and restrict serious or repeated misuse consistent with the Agreement.
