VOICE, TRAFFIC & ACCEPTABLE USE

Traffic Integrity & Fraud Prevention

High-level controls and responsibilities for protecting wholesale voice ecosystems.

Effective: September 10, 2026Last updated: September 10, 2026Version 5.2

Defined Terms

Application within Traffic Integrity & Fraud Prevention. “ARCAMUSA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Arcamusa, Inc., operator of ARCAMUSA Wholesale. “Customer” means the business entity authorized to use the Wholesale Services. “Traffic” means calls, signaling, metadata and related activity submitted to or received from the Wholesale Services. “Caller ID” or “CLI” means calling-party identification information. “Downstream Customer” and “End User” mean persons or entities using services through Customer.

Application within Traffic Integrity & Fraud Prevention. “Agreement” includes applicable online terms and policies together with any signed MSA, Order Form or Rate Sheet. “CDR” means a call detail record used for operational, billing, reconciliation, security or compliance purposes. Defined terms apply consistently across the Legal & Trust Center unless a document expressly provides a narrower meaning.

Integrity Risks

Risk indicators may include artificial traffic inflation, traffic pumping, Wangiri, premium-rate fraud, suspicious short-duration calling, robocall patterns, account compromise, CLI anomalies, sudden destination shifts, credential misuse, repeated invalid Traffic and unusual CPS or concurrency behavior.

Customer Controls

Customer must secure credentials, limit access, monitor downstream activity, disclose material profile changes and promptly investigate anomalies. Customer must not test or structure Traffic to evade protective controls.

ARCAMUSA Review

ARCAMUSA may use confidential operational, security and fraud-review methods. Exact thresholds, vendors, routing and detection rules are not public because disclosure could enable evasion.

Investigation & Evidence

ARCAMUSA may request identity, use-case, number authority, downstream, payment, CDR and remediation evidence and may preserve relevant records consistent with law and policy.

Restriction & Remediation

Proportionate action may include alerting, destination or source restriction, credential reset, rate controls, suspension or termination. Protective action does not by itself establish legal wrongdoing.

Fraud and Unauthorized Use

Credential theft, account takeover, unauthorized routing, deception and traffic intended to impose improper charges threaten customers and networks and are prohibited.

Wangiri and Callback Schemes

Calls intended to induce costly or deceptive callbacks, including Wangiri patterns, may be investigated and restricted.

Artificial Inflation and Pumping

Traffic created primarily to generate compensation, inflate usage, exploit revenue share or manipulate commercial metrics is prohibited.

Short-Duration Anomalies

Material short-duration, rapid-retry or nonconversational patterns may require explanation and evidence; no single public threshold determines the outcome.

Credential Compromise

Customers must secure systems and promptly rotate or disable compromised credentials through an approved process.

Destination Anomalies

Unexpected country, prefix, destination or rate exposure may trigger protective controls while ownership and purpose are verified.

CLI Anomalies

Invalid, repetitive, unauthorized or misleading caller identification may result in validation, filtering or suspension.

Investigation

Investigations may use CDRs, signaling, complaints, customer records, route information and controlled testing while protecting sensitive methods.

Rate Limiting and Restriction

ARCAMUSA may apply proportionate limits, reject destinations or isolate sources to contain suspected harm.

Remediation and Termination

Customer must stop affected traffic, identify root cause, preserve evidence and prevent recurrence. Serious or repeated failures may lead to termination under the Agreement.

Contract Hierarchy & Related Documents

This policy governs detection and containment of manipulated, fraudulent or anomalous wholesale traffic. Acceptable Use defines prohibited conduct, the Caller ID Policy governs presented numbers, and the Robocall policy governs mitigation, authentication and traceback cooperation.

A traffic restriction imposed under this policy may operate independently from contract termination and may be limited to a source, destination, credential or route. Reinstatement standards stated here supplement, and do not waive, unpaid-balance or other suspension rights in the Wholesale Terms.
