Wholesale Voice Product Terms

Service-specific terms for wholesale SIP voice termination and interconnection.

Effective: September 10, 2026Last updated: September 10, 2026Version 5.2

Defined Terms

Application within Wholesale Voice Product Terms. “ARCAMUSA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Arcamusa, Inc., operator of ARCAMUSA Wholesale. “Customer” means the business entity authorized to use the Wholesale Services. “Traffic” means calls, signaling, metadata and related activity submitted to or received from the Wholesale Services. “Caller ID” or “CLI” means calling-party identification information. “Downstream Customer” and “End User” mean persons or entities using services through Customer.

Application within Wholesale Voice Product Terms. “Agreement” includes applicable online terms and policies together with any signed MSA, Order Form or Rate Sheet. “CDR” means a call detail record used for operational, billing, reconciliation, security or compliance purposes. Defined terms apply consistently across the Legal & Trust Center unless a document expressly provides a narrower meaning.

Product Scope

These Product Terms apply when an approved Order authorizes wholesale SIP voice termination or interconnection. They supplement the Wholesale Terms and do not promise origination, numbering, messaging, emergency services or other products unless expressly included in writing.

Technical Interconnection

Customer must use mutually approved signaling, addressing, authentication and traffic formats and maintain compatible, secure equipment. Codec, DTMF, encryption, media handling, source-address and interoperability capabilities are confirmed during technical onboarding and are not guaranteed by this public page.

Authorized Traffic & Destinations

Only disclosed and approved business Traffic may be submitted. Destination availability and route selection may change because of law, network conditions, fraud risk, third-party acceptance or commercial availability. ARCAMUSA may block destinations or patterns presenting material risk.

Capacity & Network Protection

Customer must disclose expected call attempts, concurrency, duration and destination patterns. Operational controls may be applied to protect service integrity. No public CPS, concurrency, capacity or fraud threshold is promised or disclosed.

CLI & Caller Authentication

CLI must be technically valid and lawfully authorized. ARCAMUSA may request LOA or equivalent evidence. Authentication and attestation depend on verified number authority, the originating role, implementation and call path; Customer cannot demand or infer A-attestation.

CDRs, Measurement & Quality Variables

CDRs and signaling records may support usage measurement and reconciliation. Completion, ASR, ACD, latency and audio quality vary by traffic, destination, equipment and interconnected networks. No performance metric is guaranteed absent a signed SLA.

Emergency Calling & Prohibited Uses

The service is not authorized for 911 or other emergency calling unless separately contracted and technically enabled. Fraud, unlawful calling, artificial traffic, deceptive CLI, credential misuse and evasion of safeguards are prohibited.

Restriction & Suspension

ARCAMUSA may investigate, rate-limit, reroute, restrict, suspend or terminate affected Traffic when reasonably necessary for security, fraud, abuse, compliance or network protection, subject to applicable agreements and law.

Service Description

Wholesale voice service provides the approved SIP routing or termination functions identified in the controlling commercial documents; it does not include unlisted products, emergency capability, numbering rights or a public API.

Signaling and Media

Customer must conform signaling, codecs, number formatting and media behavior to its private technical profile and must not manipulate signaling to obscure source, identity, jurisdiction or routing purpose.

Routing and Destination Availability

Routing and destinations depend on the accepted service scope, current commercial availability, regulatory conditions and third-party networks. A completed test does not guarantee every destination or future route.

Quality Variables

Call completion and media quality may vary because of originating networks, customer equipment, public networks, destinations, congestion, blocking, recipient behavior and other conditions outside a single provider’s control.

Capacity and CPS

Customer must disclose representative volumes, concurrency, call attempts and peaks. Capacity planning is based on the approved profile and does not create an unlimited right to send traffic.

Testing and Acceptance

Testing should use authorized calls and representative conditions, confirm signaling and media, and document issues before activation. Test access may be limited and is not authorization for production traffic.

CDR and Reconciliation

CDRs support operations, security, usage review and reconciliation. Applicable commercial documents determine billing records and dispute procedures; public descriptions do not establish measurement priority or deadlines.

Fraud Controls

Protective controls may respond to credential compromise, destination anomalies, rapid attempts, short-duration behavior, unlawful CLI or other risk without revealing detection thresholds.

Maintenance and Change

The parties should coordinate material configuration and traffic changes through approved contacts. Maintenance or protective work may affect routing, while commercial documents govern any notice commitment.

Third-Party Dependencies

Interconnected and destination networks may alter, reject or block calls and caller information. ARCAMUSA does not control all downstream treatment and makes no guarantee of recipient display.

Emergency Limitation

Service must not carry emergency calls or be represented as emergency-capable unless an accepted service document expressly approves that function and the necessary implementation.

Emergency Limitation: review and closure. The matter is not closed until the responsible party has prevent unapproved emergency routing, give accurate downstream disclosures and maintain a compliant alternative arrangement unless emergency functionality is expressly approved in writing. Closure may be documented through service-scope documents, customer disclosures, routing restrictions, location or callback records where applicable and coordinated test authorization. ARCAMUSA may reopen review if later traffic or reliable information materially contradicts the basis for closure.

Suspension and Protection

Affected traffic or service may be restricted when reasonably necessary for security, network integrity, legal compliance, fraud or abuse response under the Agreement.

Customer-facing effect of Suspension and Protection. The customer must identify the affected service or traffic, record the risk and protective basis, communicate through an authorized channel where appropriate and define the evidence required for reinstatement so that downstream parties, recipients and networks are not misled about the approved voice product terms arrangement. Useful substantiation includes alerts, investigation findings, restriction scope, notices, customer response, corrective action and the reinstatement or termination decision; internal thresholds or unrelated confidential records need not be published.

Contract Hierarchy & Related Documents

These Voice Product Terms supplement the Wholesale Terms for SIP signaling, media handling, routing and related voice operations. A service order may define enabled destinations, capacity or technical parameters, but it does not displace the Caller ID, Traffic Integrity, Robocall or Acceptable Use rules.

If a product specification conflicts with a signed service order, the service order controls that technical item. Billing disputes remain governed by the applicable Rate Sheet and Wholesale Terms, while emergency capability exists only under the separate written and enabled arrangement described in the Emergency Services policy.
