TECHNICAL-COMMERCIAL OVERVIEW

SIP Interconnection

This overview describes non-secret onboarding and operating expectations. Customer-specific addresses, credentials, routing details and security parameters are provided privately only after approval.

INTERCONNECTION OVERVIEW

Interconnection Overview

Each interconnection is evaluated against the approved service, traffic profile, destination requirements, security needs and operating relationship. Published information does not create a production endpoint or authorize traffic.

ONBOARDING PROCESS

Onboarding Process

  • Business and authority verification
  • Commercial and service-scope confirmation
  • Technical profile and security review
  • Controlled testing and acceptance
  • Approved activation and operational handoff

SIP SIGNALING

SIP Signaling

Signaling format, transport, codec expectations and interoperability details are confirmed during technical onboarding. E.164-formatted numbering may be required where applicable to the destination and service.

SECURITY & AUTHENTICATION

Security & Authentication

IP-based or credential-based authentication may be evaluated. TLS or SRTP requirements are confirmed for the supported configuration. Credentials, private IPs, provider relationships and fraud thresholds are never published here.

CLI REQUIREMENTS

CLI Requirements

Calling-party information must be accurate, lawfully authorized and consistent with the approved customer model. Customers must support validation, traceback and corrective action.

CONCURRENCY & CPS PLANNING

Concurrency & CPS Planning

Concurrency and call-attempt rates are planned from the disclosed traffic profile. Material changes should be coordinated before traffic is introduced so protective controls are not mistaken for service capacity.

CDR & RECONCILIATION

CDR & Reconciliation

Usage records may support operational review and commercial reconciliation. The controlling agreement identifies the applicable record hierarchy and dispute process; this page does not establish billing terms.

TESTING & ACTIVATION

Testing & Activation

Testing should cover signaling, media, numbering, CLI presentation, representative destinations, error handling and agreed operational contacts. Successful testing does not expand the approved service scope.

CHANGES, SUPPORT & ESCALATION

Changes, Support & Escalation

Material configuration, traffic or contact changes should follow the customer-specific change and escalation path. Specific production credentials and endpoints are distributed privately after approval.
